Youre doing your readers a major disservice here. Thus in order to prevent fraud samsung cant release the e certificate until after the 15 days. The same key must be used in all versions of your application so it should be kept in a safe and secure place. If i get the 130 e gift i would like to spend it on the earbuds once they become available again.
Im sure i wont get my e certificate tomorow either and theyll ask for another 4 days. However how do i use it. Now for the last part it might tell you how long its vaild. The distributor certificate.
What is the e cerificate code and how long is it valid for. And it says you need to submit receipt to get e certificate. Obviously you have to buy something to get a receipt. Will there be a chance that earbuds will become on sale soon after the pre order period.
Samsung initially offered a pair of galaxy buds for free when pre ordering its galaxy s10 and s10. Samsung issues certificates for samsung tizen devices based on the tizen certificate. Recieved my phone on tuesday successfully but never received the ecertificate either with phone or in email and the satus for it says delivered. It is now 43.
When i received my s10 i found a slip in the box that indicated that i could return the phone for any reason within 15 days and receive a full refund. Does anyone know why it says delivered. Samsung ran out of those wireless earbuds so know they are giving 130 e certificate with the s10. Pretty sure it might come via code in the email or just a redeemable offer in the samsung shop app just like the galaxy earbuds.
Its been a week now and still no mailupdate from samsung ecommerce department. I reached out to samsung on 331 and got the give us 4 days to resolve this issue. Never pre ordering from samsung again.
